Call for Papers

 Papers, both theoretical and applied, are invited for presentation at the conference. Please send a copy of  the abstract of no more than 200 words (without any symbols or formulas) to the local organising committee  (preferably by email) by 31 May 2004. The registration form and fee should be submitted at the same time  as the abstract.
